London & Sheffield Cutlery Company Ltd was registered in 1920 as a private limited company, with £500 capital. It was a manufacturer and seller of cutlery and electro-plate, silversmiths, dealers in bronzes, vases, and other articles of ornament. It was London-based, with Sheffield as a source for its cutlery. The subscribers were Mrs Evelyn M. Neale, 127 Ferme Park Road, Hornsey, London; and Miss Constance E. Dodds, 2 Hongreave Road, Honor Oak Park, London (Sheffield Independent, 4 November 1921). No further activity by this enterprise has been traced . By 1939, it seems that Constance E. Dodds was working as a confectioner at Lewisham. The company name was struck off the register in 1949.
