This company’s existence was apparently brief. A search of newspaper data bases reveals only one obscure mention: on 26 August 1922 in the Swanage Times & Directory, when Rustless Cutlery Co, located in Sheffield, placed a four-line advertisement for its stainless knives (with ivorine handles). But the firm was not listed in Sheffield directories in 1919, 1922, 1925 and no information has been found on the owners. The address – 274 Queen’s Road – denoted an office address (not a factory), so presumably its knives were factored.
