Hardy & Hudson
Joseph Hardy was listed in 1797 as a manufacturer of silver plated goods at Nursery Walk. He registered a silver mark (‘I.H’) at the Assay Office in 1799, when his workshop was in the Wicker. He was briefly joined as a silver plater by Benjamin Hudson, but their partnership broke up in 1801 and was formally dissolved in 1803. Their subsequent careers are untraced.
