This was a co-operative venture, which was operating by 1900 as a manufacturer of table cutlery, pen and pocket knives, and bread and butchers’ knives. The address was Central Works, 100 West Street, with Thomas Johnson as the manager. By 1910, the address was Wheeldon Street. Like Sheffield Cutlery Co-operative, it did not prosper and was liquidated in 1916.
