The foundation date of this merchant is unknown, but it was listed in a Sheffield directory in 1797. Its address was 72 Campo Lane. It was dissolved in 1807 by the partners: Henry Longden, Joseph Binney, William Justice, and Robert Todd. Binney was apparently a cutler at Broad Lane. Justice and Todd continued as partners in Justice, Clark & Todd, which was listed in 1811 as merchant and manufacturer, though no location was stated. Robert Todd later continued alone.
