Apparently incorporated in 1948, with a capital of £1,000, the first address of this company was Armada Works, Trafalgar Street – the same address as W. Wyatt & Sons. One of the directors was H. Wyatt. In 1951, the address was Alexandra Works, Trafalgar Lane, and the firm was listed as a manufacturer of stainless steel knives. It was a short-lived venture and was struck off the register in 1959.
