John Pass
Little information is extant on this cutler, other than that he was a table knife manufacturer at Sheffield Moor. He was listed in directories in 1787 (trade mark ‘PASS TEEN’) and 1797 (trade mark ‘PASS TUN’). A cutler of that name was buried at St Peter & St Paul on 18 August 1800, which may explain the disappearance of John Pass from subsequent directories.
