This company was a retailer, which in 1899 was registered as a private limited company. The capital was £20,000 in £1 shares; the directors were H. Ashford and M. J. C. Davis; and it carried on the business of jewellers, watchmakers, and opticians. It was also a silversmith and sold various items of cutlery and electro-plate. Much of this was probably sourced from Sheffield. Its address was 48a High Road, Kilburn, though later it opened branches at Ealing, Stratford, and Ilford. It seems to have ceased trading in the mid-1930s. After the War, the High Road address at Kilburn was occupied by the jewellers H. Samuel.
