Henry Biggin Register (1842-1904) was the son of scissors smith John Register and his wife, Ann. In 1851, Henry was lodging with his grandfather, George Register (scissors smith), in Trinity Street. By 1861, Henry and his brother, Herbert Thomas, were scissors smiths. By 1880, Henry was a tailors’ shear and scissors forger in Carver Street. He died, aged 61, on 26 January 1904, and was buried in the General Cemetery. He left £230 to his widow, Sarah. Henry B. Regist....
