Thomas Osborne (c.1764-1836) was a table knife cutler, who in 1785 married Betty (Elizabeth) Beckett. Their son, Benjamin, was born on 19 March 1786 and baptised at Upper Chapel, Norfolk Street. In 1811, Thomas was listed as a table knife cutler at Peacroft; after 1816, his usual address in directories was 10 Smithfield.
