George Newbould & Sons
George Newbould was a scissors manufacturer. He was apparently born in Sheffield on 6 May 1816, the son of George Newbould, a scissors manufacturer, and his wife, Ann. By 1852, he was involved in Newbould, Owen & Gill (with Alfred Owen and John Gill), a scissors manufacturer, based in Allen Street.
