Albert Newbould
Albert Newbould was listed as a cutlery manufacturer in 1925 at John Street. He continued to trade until 1930, when his address was Club Gardens Walk. But the name disappeared from directories in the early 1930s.The owner has yet to be identified with certainty. The London Gazette, 13 August 1915, recorded the dissolution of a partnership between Albert Newbould and John Hopkinson (partners in J. & F. Hopkinson and Penton Cutlery Co). But it is unclear whether this was the later ‘Albert Newbould’. ....
