Arthur Kirk & Son
Arthur Kirk was born 1869 the son of John Kirk, a Spring Knife Maker living in Sheffield Park.
By 1891 Arthur was employed as a Cutlery Warehouseman along with his younger brother, Frank who was a Cutler. Ten years later Arthur was a Manager at a Spring Knife Company. Between 1901 and 1911 Arthur became a Market Trader and living at 116 Myrtle Road. During the period 1905 and 1925 Arthur is also listed as a Cutlery Dealer and Cutlery Merchant located at 8 Sheaf Market.
