William Jewitt
William Jewitt (c.1773-1837) was a pen and pocket knife manufacturer, who was probably working at 96 Pond Street in the 1820s (and may have been involved in Jewitt & Wragg in the Wicker, which was listed in 1818). In the 1830s, William Jewitt was listed in Duke Street, Park (with William Jewitt Jun. – almost certainly his son – an engraver working in Pond Street, also living in Duke Street).
