William married Clara Innocent (1886) and they lived at a number of addresses through the Census progression viz 18 William Street (1891), 2 Pear Street (1901) and 233 Ecclesall Road (1911). During the 1911 Census Williams Daughter, Nellie age 22 worked with her father.
