George Dalton (c.1761-26 February 1844) manufactured table knives and was a dealer in ivory handles, razor, pen knife, and comb scales, and billiard balls. He was listed in Norfolk Street by 1811. He had married Esther Woolhouse in 1783. Their sons were George (bapt.1784-1857) and Samuel (bapt.1795-1853).
