Frederick C. Harrison (1830-1895) was the son of Thomas Harrison (c.1800-1854), a cutler, and his wife, Mary (c.1797-1867). In 1841, they were living in Edgerton Street. Thomas Harrison, table knife and pressed-wood handle manufacturer, Fitzwilliam Street, died on 18 February 1854 (aged 54) from ‘dropsy’. He was buried in the General Cemetery.
