William Thomas Staniforth (c.1820-1890) was listed as a spring-knife maker in Norfolk Street in 1852. He was involved in the activities of John Rodgers & Sons, which attracted a notable legal action from Joseph Rodgers & Sons. In 1853, Staniforth was bankrupt.
