Morbro (Scissors) Ltd
This scissors manufacturer was based at Enterprise Works, St Mary’s Road. It was first listed in 1951 and its directors were Hugh Morton (who apparently owned the firm), George Brown (1897-1952), and W. Sutton. ‘Morbro’ was presumably a conflation of Morton and Brown.
