Alfred Biggin & Son
Alfred Biggin (1836-1896) was the third son of Isaac Biggin and his wife Maria (c.1799-1871). The Biggins later specialised in silver cap and ferrule manufacturer. Alfred’s brother, John, launched John Biggin Ltd. Alfred himself trained as a silversmith and was living in Highfield in 1861.
