J. & T. Barlow & Company
This firm was a scissors manufacturer, which was based at Parkgate (probably Highfield), and was listed in directories in 1816 and 1818. The company was dissolved in 1819, when the partners were revealed as James Sen. (who signed the dissolution document with his mark), James Barlow Jun., Thomas Barlow, and John and Bartholomew Hounsfield.
