Thomas Bradbury Hague (born in Leeds, c.1848) was the son of Thomas and Ann. By 1856, he was living in Meadow Street. His father was a silversmith, basket, and toy dealer. Thomas Hague Sen. was dead by 1871, when his son was living with his mother and working as a cutler. In about 1873, he began business as a spring knife manufacturer in Holly Street.
