Incorporated in 1949, this firm was based in St Mary’s Road and was first described as a drop stamper. Confusingly, this was the same address as The Rockingham Plate & Cutlery Co Ltd (see J. H. Potter), though they were apparently separate entities. Rockingham Plate Ltd was managed by Frank Tomlinson, who registered a cutlery ‘improvement’ in 1957.
